Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must include its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required.
Products not eligible for return
We do not accept returns on:

- Downloadable software
- Personal or hygiene products
- Products damaged by misuse
Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are:
- Defective

Shipping returns
To return a product, send it to:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
