Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must include its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

Products not eligible for return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personal or hygiene products
  • Products damaged by misuse

Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange products that are:

Shipping returns

To return a product, send it to:
